This website serves solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not take part in any transactions between users and therefore accept no liability for any issues, disputes, or damages that may arise from personal dealings between parties.
We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by sellers. The goods listed on this platform are never in our possession, nor are they inspected or validated by us at any time.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and for the outcome of any transaction arranged through this website.
Content moderation
In accordance with Article 14(1)(c) and Article 14(4) of the Digital Services Act (DSA), online platforms must include in their terms and conditions a clear and understandable explanation of content restrictions, including what is not permitted, and the reasons for removing or disabling access to content or accounts.
Here is a model clause you may include in your terms and conditions, tailored to a user-to-user marketplace operated by a private person or small entity:

Goods or services that are prohibited under applicable laws (e.g., counterfeit items or stolen goods),

Content that violates consumer protection or product safety laws.
Is harmful, abusive, or misleading, such as:
Fraudulent listings or scams,
False or misleading descriptions of goods or services,
Attempts to impersonate another person or entity,
Content intended to deceive or exploit other users.
Promotes or incites unlawful or harmful behaviour, including:
Hate speech, discrimination, or violence based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation,
Threats or harassment,
Encouragement of self-harm, violence, or criminal activity.
Violates the integrity and security of the platform, including:
The use of automated tools or scripts (bots) to manipulate listings,
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the accounts of others,
Uploading content that contains viruses or malicious code.
Enforcement and Moderation
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these rules, and to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of repeated or serious infringements. Where such actions are taken, we will provide the user with a statement of reasons in accordance with Article 17 DSA.
